With over 18 years of clinical experience working with adults, couples, teens, and children of diverse backgrounds, my intention is to assist my clients in reaching deeper levels of self-awareness, aiding them in breaking away from any unhelpful patterns which have been keeping them stuck, and teaching them to truly love themselves. It is an incredible honor to be able to help my clients in their healing, transformation, and growth with a psychotherapy practice built on developing a genuine connection and providing nonjudgmental support.

I would describe myself as a compassionate, intuitive, and interactive psychotherapist. My eclectic approach to treatment develops in collaboration with each unique individual, depending on their needs, desires, and expectations. I consider myself to be a thoroughly trained and well-rounded therapist whose approach is rooted in attachment theory. This means that the quality of relationship I build with my client is of the utmost importance in helping them build the trust needed to thrive in therapy sessions and life. I may also utilize more traditional modalities, evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and/or incorporate my yoga training, meditation, and mindfulness techniques.
